MAEV Shipping Secures Long-Term LNG Shipping Contract
Dubai, UAE – MAEV Shipping is pleased to announce the successful signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for a long-term shipping contract of up to 10 years. The agreement will see the company providing LNG shipping services from the UAE to various ports in Egypt, initially transporting between 500,000 tons to 2 million tons of LNG per month.
This substantial milestone represents a critical step in MAEV’s strategic growth and highlights the company’s commitment to supporting the Egyptian energy market. The long-term nature of the agreement positions MAEV Shipping as a key player in the region, further strengthening its presence in the global LNG shipping industry.

MAEV Shipping in Negotiations to Secure LNG Carriers
Dubai, UAE – MAEV Shipping is currently in negotiations to secure up to 6 LNG carriers with an average capacity ranging between 100,000 to 175,000 cubic meters for each vessel. These vessels will play a critical role in the company’s expanding operations, which include LNG and crude oil shipping between key global markets.
The company has successfully secured financing under attractive conditions, providing the opportunity to move forward with the acquisition of the LNG carriers. If the decision to proceed is made, MAEV Shipping expects to close the deal during Q3-Q4 of 2025, further strengthening its capabilities in the LNG shipping market.
